Can’t Wash Without Water!

Let our technicians know where your water connection is or ask us to bring our own! We’ll first hook up to a water source because you can’t wash without water!

Got Cracks, Holes, or Dings?

Before we go crazy spraying your surfaces, we survey your property for any existing damage. Our power washing technicians will put some painter’s tape over the crack, hole, or ding. You may think the water stream will go right through the tape (and it probably would if we sprayed right at it), but our master technician, Andy, says it acts as a “water re-director.” 

Protect Your Plants!

We’ve seen some beautiful gardens at our projects over the years, and we’d be devastated if we ruined our clients’ hard work. To avoid this, we spray your plants with a bleach neutralizer made specifically for vegetation, which protects your flowers and bushes from the detergents we use later in the process.

The Spray-Down.

Just like when you get into the shower and get your body wet before lathering up, we give your surfaces a good spray down with plain, old water before using any detergents or soaps. 

Lather Up!

It’s about to get bubbly! We apply the detergent appropriate for your surface, making sure we get into every nook and cranny. Then, it gets a nice scrub and soak to give the products time to lift the grime and gunk.

It’s Showtime!

 This is the moment you’ve been waiting for…the most satisfying part…it’s showtime! Our technicians fire up our pressure washers (at the appropriate strength for your specific surface, of course) and wash off every inch of dirt.
