Letting someone else shoot high pressured water at your home or business can feel stressful, with many questions and concerns. Over the past decade, we’ve seen and done it all. Below are the most frequent questions our customers thoughtfully brought to our attention. Our team will update this list as new questions arise, easing your mind as we attempt to earn your business and provide the white glove customer service we’ve been known for!

Yes, we do price by square footage. This helps us get you a quote and spot on our schedule faster, as we can give you a quick virtual quote when you provide us with the square footage of the surface you need serviced. 

We use an array of products and choose specific ones depending on the surface we are cleaning. You can trust our technicians to use the appropriate solutions that won’t strip, stain, or errode your surfaces, as they are highly trained professionals. 

We recommend that you call us every two years to power wash your deck/house again. Of course, we will help you out whenever you feel we are needed, but there is such thing as too much. 

We ask that you remove any furniture from your decks and porches, remove screens from windows, and make sure we are aware of your water situation. All of these details vary based on what your job entails and our customer service representative will go over all of the requirements when booking your project. 

Yes, our deposit is 50% of the total job cost. We cover the costs of all the materials before the work is completed as we’re as invested in making your project look amazing just as you’re invested in us providing you excellent service. The deposit is due at the time of scheduling and will be the only thing that secures your date and crew.

Final payment is due upon completion of the job when you’ve signed off with our project manager.

No, we will never need to enter your home. As long as our customer service representative has all the necessary information from you, you do not even have to interact with our technicians. 

We only accept cash, checks, electronic ACH, and credit cards. If you are paying via check or cash, please speak with our office manager to schedule a time for the project manager to pick those up for you. If you are paying by credit card, there is a 4% processing fee passed on to us from the credit card companies. Please let us know so we can adjust the invoice accordingly. At this time, we do not take Venmo.
